La Rugea
In the magical Tuscan countryside, between Castelnuovo and Poggio a Caiano, rises in the complex of Villa Alamanni: Countryhouse “La Rugea – Le Spighe”. A suggestive avenue of pines and secular oaks flanked by cypress trees, leads to this ancient noble residence of the late sixteenth century Baroque style.
The structure consists of three locations with consecrated church, private gate and parking. The apartments, in rustic style, are characterized by furnishings and frescoes by the author that give the guest the typical warmth of Tuscan stays.
The complex is surrounded by 5 hectares of countryside, two parks of 3000 meters. The property has two outdoor swimming pools, Etruscan-Roman nature tepidarium with whirlpool, gym, two barbecue areas and a jogging path. Ideal stay to live in the countryside, typical of the former Grand Duchy, a stone’s throw from the city.
